2.1 Data Controller

2.2 Data Collection & Purpose

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), DesignVisionCraft collects and processes personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Client communication and project consultation
• Contractual agreement execution and project delivery
• Invoicing, payment processing, and statutory tax reporting
• Platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement

2.3 Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual necessity) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Your data is never sold, rented, or distributed to unauthorized third-party data brokers.

2.4 Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the active business relationship and for a period of 7 years thereafter in compliance with Swedish and EU tax reporting obligations. Data is securely stored within encrypted EU-hosted cloud systems.

2.5 Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data held about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances

3.1 Service Agreement

All digital services, interface architecture deliverables, and design consulting packages provided by DesignVisionCraft are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DesignVisionCraft. No service commitment is assumed without a signed SOW.

3.2 Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, DesignVisionCraft irrevocably assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, interface components, and digital assets directly to the Client. This assignment is perpetual and unrestricted.

3.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the executed SOW. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Swedish Räntelagen (Interest Act). Project work may be suspended for invoices outstanding beyond 21 days.

3.4 Project Modifications

Any scope changes, feature additions, or requirements modifications beyond the original SOW will be documented via written Change Orders. Change Orders may affect project timelines and pricing as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

DesignVisionCraft's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. DesignVisionCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4.1 Essential Cookies

DesignVisionCraft utilizes strictly necessary cookies to ensure secure platform operation, session integrity, and CSRF protection. These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled.

4.2 Analytics Cookies

We may employ privacy-respecting analytics tools to collect anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, and navigation patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

4.3 Cookie Consent

Upon your first visit, a cookie consent banner is displayed allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your preference is stored in local storage and persists across sessions. You may clear this preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

4.4 Third-Party Cookies

Embedded content (e.g., Google Maps) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. DesignVisionCraft does not control third-party cookie behavior and recommends reviewing individual third-party privacy documentation.

5.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled within 7 calendar days of SOW execution and before any substantive work has commenced, DesignVisionCraft will issue a full refund of all payments received, minus any non-recoverable third-party procurement costs.

5.2 Cancellation During Active Project

For cancellations during an active project, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Completed milestones are non-refundable. A detailed work-in-progress report will be provided with the final invoice.

5.3 Deliverable Rejection

If delivered work materially fails to meet the specifications outlined in the executed SOW, the Client must notify DesignVisionCraft in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery. DesignVisionCraft will rectify identified deficiencies at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.

5.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed and approved milestone deliverables
• Third-party license fees and tool subscriptions procured on behalf of the Client
• Consultation hours already delivered
• Custom domain registration and hosting setup fees

5.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. DesignVisionCraft reserves the right to issue refunds in the currency of the original transaction. For payment-related disputes, contact [email protected].
